Okay I made a thread about my spark plugs and just ordered 4 NGK's off sparkplugs.com. Anyways I plan on doing my ignition coils as well. I was just wondering, and the search feature really isn't helping me here.

What ignition solution should I go with for my 4 port rx-8? Should I just go for the OEM coils , or are the performance gains from some of the other kits worth the additional cost? I'm mainly looking at the Esmeril kit and a couple of the others that BHR is selling. Also, I have never had problems with the starter on the vehicle (I'm guessing it is a replaced one).

 

for your need the stock revised coils should be just fine..

and if you are not having problems, you likely dont need to replace them..
