What about the bonnet?

I expect that to be probably the first thing to suffer the most damage since it's aluminium and has those energy absorbing cone indents within its framework.

I had about 60-70 dings to my old Millenia from a Central Florida hailstorm a few years back. Got one of those "paintless" dent removal guys to work on the car, and for $300, it was perfect! Try that first.

Man that sucks! Your insurance should cover it. Mine was in a parking lot, about two days after I got it, when a huge storm came through and started dropping hail. I was lucky, but for a while there, I was really worried.

Hail storm in Central FL in 1992 destroyed the roofs on almost every house. Most people didn't bother to fix the cars at all they were so wrinkled.

About 6 years, but with a year or so vacation, so 1992 was before my time

Ouch!! The good news is, it could have been worse. You should take it to a paintless dent shop and get an estimate. Maybe paying out of pocket would be better so your premium is not affected.

Good luck!!
