Aww my precious 8 ! :(

I was on the track today with some of the boys .. we had alot of fun and i got some great lap times compared to them (offcause i got the Rx8) =) but i think i got a little to happy at that last corner....

so i lost it and try'ed to get it back on track but i got in the dirt and slidded up the kerb and hit the barrier with the side ! ..

i was lucky though, i got some mark's on the side ofc .. and dunno if that kerb damaged anything on the wheels or suspension .. seem's to drive fine but it still hurts my heart =(

had to share my grief with you guys!

ok i guess you can say i was lucky.. !!! i was allmost able to polish all the body damage away thanks to the rubber barriers they had on the track ! . ofcause theres some scratches but its not as much as i thought!! .. my camera didn work dunno why -.- ...

anyway one thing i noticed though is that i have some sort of " klonk klonk " sound now when i go over bumps and stuff ? .. couldn locate the problem with a fast check.. any sugestions?

Just remember you tend to get paranoid when you're listening for noises like that. Like 'was that noise there before' and similar... I would suggest taking it to a dealer anyway to make them take a checkup on possible damages.

LOL, I can just imagine going to the dealer and saying "hey, I clipped a barrier while doing laps on the track the other day, can you check it out?" Might want to tell a little white lie on that one

Hehe yeah, he'll have to do a 'accidently lost grip on some oilspill in the road' or something similar... But in any case, they're just supposed to find the problems, not why it happened. ^^
