Hi 8 lovers.

I have a Mazda RX* 2005 automatic transmission with 65.000 miles.
This morning when i came back from dropping my kids at school,i parked my car and when i put it in park there came a loud noise from the tranny like a bad wheel bearing.I shift it into drive and the noise has gone.I notice it make noise only in park and neutral.Automatic transmission fluid level is ok and no sign off burn smell and neither sing of metal in oil.Need help,i am afraid to drive the like this to don't damage the tranny.

could be old tranny mounts.

 

I'm going through the same thing! It seems to be hard to put it into park like I have to really force it and it makes a loud clunk!
