Anyone know how I can take the plate holder off from my front frille?

Anyone know how I can take the plate holder off from my front grille?
I've tried it and wasn't successful. It seemed like I have to work from under the car or take the bumper off. Anyone know? Please advise.

That looks like you have to pull the bumper off, and unscrew from the back. Unless you really don't want to do that, just use a saw and cut the back screws off. and tear away at the black piece.

The two screws you saw in the second pic are nothing. They just hold the license plate frame (on the ground, pic 1). There are three screws hidden behind the grille. They tie the black plastic with the grille. I was trying to just take the grille off but couldn't do it.
