Question Am I the only one that can't register his VIN on the Mazda website

I have been trying for a year (since I boght my car) to register my vin with my account on the www.mymazda.com site and no mater how many times y re-check, verify and retry to register it it tells me that the VIN is invalid.

Am i the only one. You need to register your vin to ger email notifications of the different recalls, ofers ect.

Only thing I can suggest is to verify the VIN you are inputting by checking the label on the car. I had no problem with mine. Larry

Do they have a "contact the webmaster" link or anything like that? Maybe it's something they can fix.

Also make sure you're typing in 17 characters, and that you aren't using the letter "I" or the letter "O" anywhere.
