Is Accolade still in business?

I ordered some fenders around 6 months ago from them and i'm still waiting. I received an email from them a couple months ago and they said that customs was being a pain and they were only able to clear one side of the fender set. Now another month later I sent an email to see what the heck is going on and have not gotten a reply back. I was told that it took a while for accolades shipment but DAM!

I'm just hoping someone knows if they are still here or not. I am trying to finish up my RX8 but a missing my fenders.

Anyone know?

 

they should still be in business, I sent them an email on a Sunday last month and had a response the same day.
Hopefully you get your fenders soon

 

they have been known to be very hit or miss (more miss than hit) with their communication. and i hate to tell you since it's too late but those fenders are going to require a lot of work so i hope you budgeted for it.

 

did you get your fenders? i'm thinking about driving over to their shop..

Sorry for the long reply had a little training event. No I havent gotten the fenders, I havent even gotten a reply from them. I was getting regular emails on the status of the fenders then it all stopped. I have sent them numerous emails with no reply. Severely dissatisfied with them.
