Bad guy: Accolade

Ordered The C-Spec Fenders from Accolade in late August early September of 2009... Back and forth emails wondering on the status of my order for the first couple months then nothing for another couple months. I sent numerous emails to them asking what the heck was going on and i finally got an email back and they apologized for the delay and offered a free eyelid kit for my lights. I was hesitant but agreed to wait a little longer since they said it was close to being shipped. Now its April 17th with no more contact from accolade even after i sent numerous emails. So 8-9 months for delivery? WTF I have contacted them and asked for a refund but of course no reply so I guess I will be forced to involve my credit card company to deal with Accolade.

Pretty sad as I wanted those fenders badly and could still have waited longer if they would have at least explained themselves and kept me updated.

You are better off without them, they have awful fitment.

They have a record of really bad service on here you should have searched a bit more.

race roots is right. this sounds like par for the course with accolade and you would have spent a ton of money getting them to fit right if they had delivered. they are really nice looking fenders but not worth the headache.

might be hard to get your $$$ cash back too... most cc companies limit the time you can dispute a charge to 90 days....

Ya I know it might be hard, but regardless of the hassle the product is not in my possession therefore the money should be returned. If all else fails I guarantee that the military lawyers will be able to get the money returned =D

I have the fenders, I ordered them a few years ago and had no trouble getting them, although the fitment is terrible. You'd need a body shop to fix them and reinforce a lot of weak areas.

Accolade is pretty terrible, but you don't have a lot of options for nice lookign aftermarket fenders.
