Thanks for the concern everyone, I'm already tired of dealing with insurance I feel like I've explained the situation to like 7 different insurance people and it just drives me insane, don't they write this **** down?

OUCH. Is all I can say.
Something similar happend to me in my Camaro (it was totaled), but I was hit in the behind.
Some lady thought it would be a good idea to ram her Accord into my tail end going 50 whilst I'm at a dead stop waiting on a red light to turn green.
Totaled mine and her car, and caused me to hit the car infront of me, who hit the car infront of them, and tapped the car infront of them.
The irony in it is that I was on my way to speak to my insurance company about a wreck I was in 2 weeks prior that bashed in my right side head light.
