Bittersweet day! I bought a 2007 Mazda3 Hatch to replace my RX-8 as a daily driver. While it is sad I won't be spending as much time in my RX-8, it is a nice feeling knowing I will be preserving the condition of it. Today, I washed and detailed it, and put it in the corner of my driveway with a cover on it. Happy to see that it will be preserved for much longer, sad to not be spending as much time in it. I do love my new 3 though!

Good choice! Driving the RX-8 will feel all the more special now. I was looking to pick up a commuter car as well, but figured out I can't afford the increased insurance

 

I just took the 8 off collision and kept it on liability. This way it makes having two cars significantly more affordable!

Hey at least the speedometer and interior will be reminiscent of the 8!
