That's been happening this winter for me as well... much colder than last year, dealer says he's checking 4-5 cars a week with same problem... has warmed up lately, problem is gone.

Just shy of 14K miles, car's is really starting to want to run... came back from recent trip to Chicago with a Cobalt SS in light traffic... we both were "significantly" exceeding the speed limit, car ran with the Cobalt and handled great, never missed a beat "at speed"....
