4-port AT to 6-port MT swap

So i didnt a 6-port manual swap and have tested everything, i have good compression, all my sensors are fine, i have no vaccuum leaks, i have fuel pressure, and my spark plugs are firing. And i know my fuel is fine because i have flooded the engine multiple times due to it just cranking and not starting. And before you ask, yes i reprogrammed everything to talk to each other and i have no immobilization light on.

What ECU are you using?
Its common to miswire the injectors when installing the engine, they wires are beige and yellow, easy to mix up and will throw off your injection timing.
