3rd Party Extended Warranty - Recommendations?

So at 130k, I'm out of the Mazda Extended Care Warranty that expired at 100k. Are there any reputable companies out there that anyone can recommend that provide QUALITY coverage? I know some of these extended warranty services come off as quite "scammy", and just trying to avoid any potential pitfalls and wasted money.

Thanks,
Sam

The "best" I've heard of is Warranty Direct, but the general consensus seems to be more people get the shaft than not.

Just like any insurance company, they'll do their best to deny; Whether the denial results from a frivolous claim or smallest technicality, they'll do you no favors. But I digress.

Most people find it smarter to just put that money aside and use it when you need it. Always easier said than done, though.

Edit: Also keep in mind that a lot of these contracts require proof that you maintained the vehicle by their terms. Those terms might no coincide with what is best for the vehicle, but violation of them is grounds for denial. As an easy example, I was looking at one contract and it stated you had to have your oil changed by a professional service center every 3-4 months and use the type and weight specified by the owner's manual. How many 8 owners follow those terms! :P They even have an example contract, and it looks horrible: https://www.warrantydirect.com/Power...dContract.aspx

At 130k, your cost for the warranty will likely exceed or match the cost of a new engine. If you have the cash, just bank it.

Warranty direct is good, however I dont think they will cover a car with that many miles.

As mentioned all insurance companies, not even just automotive, will try to not pay out - that is life. Warranty Direct is good, I currently have National Auto Care which I got for "cheaper" due to the fact I got it right out of the dealer when I purchased my car.
