3D Nav of the DVD variety

yes, that beautiful "bird's-eye view" from uhhhhhhhh that other car company... lol NISSAN. OH and i also want the nav to be on par with lexus DVD navigation, since mouse-driven nav systems are usally crap (except on the is300, as i pointed out in another thread) and maybe even a new view would be cool

It does have a pretty kickass nav system.

what car is that from buger? it doesn't look like its from the rx8. The vents look different than the ones in this interior picture.

My guess is that the NAV is from the Mazda 6.

yeah its from the mazda6 but its not available in north america for that car yet. mazda says maybe in the future. i dont know if the rest of the world got it or not.

oh my god, u cant tell what car it is? try looking around the internet for a change, maybe we'll all find info or top secret pictures of upcoming models,i searched my *** off in yahoo trying to find something useful that i can post

wow.....

that is an absolutely gorgeous display. That BETTER be (and almost certainly WILL) be a view for the rx-8's nav system, which will most likely be the same, maybe a little better.

Anyone know if the RX8 navigation system will have touch-screen input?

FYI I posted some suggestions for future navi systems on...

Mazda had the nag in there cars for the pass 4 years . Like always they don't come to america. The mpv has a camera on the back door so when you back up you look at the nag monitor to back up. mazda millenia also has that in japan but don't know if europe has too.

no it will not. there are pics floated about this board which show the nav contrals and their location.
