Yes the 05 in fact is about 9-12% faster than all other model years.

the 05 is indeed 9%+ faster than the other year models.

in fact, i have never seen another rx8 post below a 14.5 in the 1/4 mile. my 05 definitely has. so its very obvious to see the 05s are faster.

everybody knows that 2005 is faster since that was the only year they came out with the MS8. only they called it a touring package and released it in '04 and they only made it in nortic green. so, yeah, 2005 was the fastest by 9%.
