what up guys, as you might or might not now I am helping my friend buy an 8 and I have a few questions, I will list them in bullet style to make it easier, please help us and answer the ones you know. Thank you

>>>is the 2005 going to be better built than the 2004, as in will it have some of the problems that the 2004 fixed, such as the m-flash and the other problems, or are we also expecting recalls with this one.

Extended service contracts( if your talking about the additional warranty coverage you can purchase) prices are set by the dealership themselves and usually use independent companies not related to the manufacturer for coverage. The price for sure isn't less, I am not certain if there was a small increase in MSRP or not. The 2005s have already started being sold at dealers. The M-flash and recalls so far should have already been done to the new cars arriving however I am sure new issues will arise. Basically the short story the only real difference between purchasing a 2005 over a 2004 is a different model year and you can buy a white one.

actually there are not all 04 8 got m-flash problem. so that mazda just recall the problem car.
and u can't really say new 05 won't got problem. but it has to be better then 04. and as i know 05 got white color to offer and a very cool key. I think in the most of the time. when dealer begin to sell 05. 04 will has some discount. I beileve they won't change msrp. but..it doesn't mean u can't get a super great deal. probably in 04 8.

if you want pricing, www.kbb.com has invoice and msrp configs for the 05 RX8. I don't believe the warranty will be changing, and i would say late oct. into nov. is when you'll see the majority of RX8's coming in.
