2 Great Things to Make My Day!
Yesterday I had a few great events with my 8 that made my day!
1. I hit 100,000 KM (Yes, KM, not miles). But hey, its 100,000 up here in Canada!
(I just attached some pictures below)
2. My mileage. Ever since I installed my BHR Ignition, I have seen a mileage increase. I drive my car quite hard on short distance, and stick around 120 km/hr for longer travel. On average, for a average-ly driven tank, I am getting 22-26 MPG. If I drive really hard, I'm down to 17-19. But, before the BHR, if I drove averagely nice, I would still only get about 20. Hard driving and I was down to 14.
But the great thing yesterday was a 1.5 Hour drive home I had. I left the city for home, and, when I got home, I hit 100,000 KM, and my gas gauge hadn't moved 1/16 of a tank. So, today I went and filled up (I have a gas station about 20 minutes from home). On that trip home, I went pretty slow. About 55 mph, because it was raining. And, because of unknown reasons, I somehow managed to get 28MPG on that trip. I couldn't believe it when I figured it out, and did a few times over, but it always came to be 28mpg.
Just a short story of my day yesterday that I would figure I would share with you all
