guys, im about to buy an 04 rx8 grand touring package for 10495, milage is 88000.... from a dealer, so.... from what im reading rite now... not a good buy????

the main thing it the engine, if it is from a mazda dealership have them give you a compression test reading and also review the all the maintenance that has been performed

Yeah mileage is irrelevant. I would take a car that has been well maintained but has 75k on it over a car that has 30k on it and only had two oil changes. I had a girl who worked for me who had a brand new Ford Expedition and drove it for the first 30,000 miles and only changed the oil once. She traded it in and I feel sorry for whoever bough it.

lol your right.... buying a used vehicle is always a gamble.... so if the compression test comes out good..... is it a good buy???

Yes, and it depends on the other parts as well, plus the condition of the vehicle your planning to get.
