Loud = Aftermarket exhaust and CAI. Or straight pipe depending on how loud you want.

Fast = Forced induction - Turbo or supercharger, not cheap but as far as i have seen those are the only two ways to make the RX8 "fast"

And i might as well beat a the rest of you to the next two punches that i see coming.
First, Search, I usually feel bad for the OP when people say this to them since all there looking for is help, but this topic is literally everywhere on here.

Second, if you want to go fast, take it to the twisties

If you really think you're manly enough to handle loud, meander on over to the TurboXS website. and order yourself that catback plus free midpipe, it's cheap and beautifully built.

Drive off a cliff and scream on your way down.

Quiet and fast is better. At least HPDE organizers and track commissioners won't refuse your entry.

Can you weld? Cheap way would be take the resonators and cat out. And just weld a pipe in there. However turboxs is a very good price and loud. And there is no cheap way to make it straight line fast.

Effective, but this may void your warranty.

if youre okay with two of those three (loud and cheap), i can try to get the number of one of the honda ricers down the street from my house and you can ask them for help? his car looks something like this...

lol
if youre looking for a straight line car, sell it and get something else. were track cars/cars made for handling). you can make the car pretty fast, but it wont be cheap.

Don't know if that would qualify as cheap. To op. You can only choose two combinations. And the combo cannot be cheap and fast LOL.

Or, the OP can drive off a cliff, scream on his way down, while punching himself in the face.

LMAO!

I'm sure he has all the receipts from oil changes, so it'll be okay.

Put on a single turbo with an open wastegate and it will make everyones' ears bleed with how loud it is. At least that is how my FD is and you can do the same to an 8 with little problems.
