Just a quick update everyone. The deadline to register and be Guarenteed a cabin at Fontana is July 7, 2006
The FINAL deadline to register and be Guarenteed a Goody Bag (with all kinds of cool stuff!!!) is August 1, 2006
DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS EVENT and be the one jealous they didn't go when we are all talking about it when we get back!!!!!!!!

Hey Dan, add me to that list. I don't know if I'm coming from VA or NC. If you guys are going to carpool I'll link up with you, but I'm also going to PM all the NC people and see. For now though leave me as NC (Jacksonville represent). Me and Hopefully +1 because I would LOVE to have a date. And if anyone wants to split the price of a 2 BR place OR needs another body for a party suite or whatever, PM me. I really don't want to pay for a place by myself.

Official registration ends on July 7th. This cut off date is in place due to our contract with Fontana to guarentee everyone a cabin until that date. We will continue registration up until Aug 1st, but that will only be to guarentee everyone registered gets a Goodie Bag.
So if you have not registered or you are on the fence, TIME IS RUNNING OUT
!!!
Summary:

Don't forget to register in order to recieve the Goodie Bag, raffle ticket, etc. You aren't required to stay at Fontana since you are so close. Link is in my sig.

More than likely there will not be any further raffles. Although we will have some large announcments regarding sponsorship in the VERY near future so stay tuned!

The official deadline for our block has passed. But last year it didn't seem like this was the really busy season so you chould still be able to book one. But I can not guarentee you will get the discount.
When you call tell them you are with our group and you would like to get a cabin close to our block, and it never hurts to ask about the prices (you can check to see what the discounted prices should be on the mazdanow site).
And don't foget to register and pay in order to recieve a goodie bag and raffle ticket, etc.

I thought so, just didn't have the list in front of me. You should be fine getting a cabin, they didn't seem that busy last year and they have added a lot of new cabins this year.

I will probably be leaving around noon on Tuesday, due to the fact I need to get there before everyone else to get things set up etc. But you are more than welcome to caravan with us, in fact I think Brian from Orlando might be caravaning with us too.

Thanks, but I can't leave until Wednesday and if we can't find anyone to ride with; we are going to stop in hilton head to visit some friends and spend the night. Then head out thursday morning.
