Somebody on here used their stock exhaust as their garage door opener. Think there were some lights added as well...looked pretty cool!

I'd like to make an apology again to ALWAZL8 for scaring her on the last dragon night run. Its a different feeling of control (as a driver) or lack of control (as a passenger) when getting your 8 sideways around a turn. I kept my promise of bringing my girls (ALWAZL8 and my car) back from the dragon in one piece!

Just wanted to make it known that I do feel bad for puttin' a scare in ya ALWAZL8. I promise I won't do it again next year!

Just a side note - don't know if anyone else might be interested, but maybe stretchin' the vacation a bit for next year, I'm considering hitting up the Biltmore Estate http://www.biltmore.com/ before meeting up with the dragon crew. Just a thought for any others who might be interested!

It would make a great side trip, allbeit one that will take all day by the time you take in the mansion, winery, grounds, etc. But a worthwhile adventure. They have even let other groups set up for a photoshoot on the main front lawn with the mansion in the background.

I can drive it in just over 2 hours from West Knoxville, so it would probably be about the same timewise from the Village since can't run Interstate speeds all the way.

:o Thanks, Chris. You have it exactly right - it's way different being the passenger, who's not in control of the situation, rather than the driver, who is. It was a fun ride anyway. :D

I'm gonna hold you to that.

WOW...

All the pictures I have this far have now been posted to the Mazdanow.com site. If there are any pictures you would like posted please send them to me in a zip file and I will get them up ASAP. Also if I put up any pictures someone doesn't want up please let me know.

PICTURES ON MAZDANOW SITE

Also, I digitizing all of the camera footage tomorrow night. I will be glad to write that as well as the pictures on to DVD's for anyone that wants one. I guess $6 shipped should cover everything.

We are also putting together a video and will be posting that online for download or I can write that to a DVD when it is finished, but that won't be done for a week or so.

You can paypal me at jcgrim@comcast.net if you would like a copy.

Hey! Werent you one of the two people that spoke during the safety meeting? And didnt you say "DONT CROSS THE DOUBLE YELLOW LINES"? This doesnt affect whether I drive your car next year or not.

All of the pics under Dave's Pics on the www.mazdanow.com/dragon2005/pictures.htm are the ones that I took.
