Do it!

Don't waste your time with the renny! :nono:
It's a good engine na or low boost BUT,
If you want real power go REW! :)

I absolutely love this car. Such a clean swap and great looks. Definitely makes me want to consider a swap in my cars future.

^ For a 2 rotor and its rear wheel drive :smoker:

TeamRX8 12-13-2012 11:14 PM

must be a top mount then because no way that will fit low

boostdtalon 12-18-2012 08:59 AM

The more I look into this and look at other builds. This really looks to be the route I wanna take eventually. I think a single turbo top mount setup would be my goal from the beginning. Course I wouldn't be looking for more than 300-350whp; so that's debatable. May just go ahead and pick up a long block next year. Just to start collecting what I need ahead of time.

^For 300-350whp I would go with a Greddy kit.

boostdtalon 12-19-2012 09:02 AM

Well Ill take that into consideration and do some more reading on the Greddy builds.

Nice! I finished up some new flooring a couple weeks ago. I'm in the same boat though, no free time for the 8 because I have so much work to do on a house I just recently purchased. So no DGRR this year, and probably no autocross for a while either :(
