I have a authentic MazdaSpeed front bumper skin, fog lights and side skirts in the shop. They are gently use and in great shape. They are velocity red in color and available for $1750 for the bumper and side skirts shipped in the lower 48.

price drop to $1650 shipped on the entire kit as I found a crack of 2 1/2 inches underneath the front passenger side. This is easily repairable and not noticeable unless you flip the bumper over and examine it.
