Height adjustments - Fronts no, Rears yes.

Compression adjustment - No.

You don't have to take the rears off for height adjustment?

Just for stiffness adjustment, but you can always install the **** extensions so you don't have to...

You can just take the control arms and lower mounting bolt off. Push the hub down with the top mount still connected to the car. That should give you enough room to turn the shock body up or down...
