sorry for bumping an old thread...

so for stance coilovers, if i want to make any adjustments i need to take the whole coilover assembly off?

Height adjustments - Fronts no, Rears yes.

Compression adjustment - No.

You don't have to take the rears off for height adjustment?

Just for stiffness adjustment, but you can always install the knob extensions so you don't have to...

how do you adjust the height without taking the rears off??

You can just take the control arms and lower mounting bolt off. Push the hub down with the top mount still connected to the car. That should give you enough room to turn the shock body up or down...
