In order to get this discounted rate, you must mention Group # Q0674 when you make your reservations. Availability of rooms and the discounted rate is guaranteed until October 6, 2006. After October 6, the rate increases to $68 + tax for a king and $88 + tax for a double.


You will be required to give a credit card number to secure the room, but this will not be charged unless you are a no-show. You must also present this same credit card upon check-in.


** It is better to make the reservation and cancel than to wait until the last minute and pay a higher rate.
** You must cancel by midnight two days prior to your reservation date to avoid being charged for the room.

I just called about booking a hotel room for the 20th and they didn't have any idea about the QSRB and the deals. The woman I talked to asked her General Manager and she said that she didnt have any Idea about this either. They gave me the rates that you said. May want to check in on this.
