The 2nd annual Quad-State Rotary BBQ will be held Saturday, October 21, 2006 at the Spring Creek BBQ Pavilion at Ameriquest Field (formerly the Ballpark in Arlington) in Arlington, TX.

BBQ organizers are working hard to make this year’s theme, “Bigger and Better” a reality.

Thanks!! We thought about the date, but this is when the venue (which is going to TOTALLY kick butt) was available and it also allows us more time to spread the word.
Don't worry. I'll be rotorless too. I've always thought that this group was more about each other than the cars anyway.

Sucks you can't make it Harry, but we'll definitely have TONS of pics afterwards!!

 

If I can keep the GSL-SE running until then, I will probably go. Iwas going to go to 7 Stock, but the costs of all our activites in the fall are starting to get up there. So if I can keep the car running, and don't wreck it on the track, I will be there. Anybody up for riding up with me, or caravaning?

I just got back from a week out of town and will be gone a weekend next month also. I'll be even be at Sevenstock again this year. Taking off another weekend in such a short time may be difficult for me especially considering that if I did, I'd be gone 2 weekends in a row. I'll try to make it but am not sure if it will be possible.

 

I hope to actually make this one barring any more mass evacuations of Houston. Maybe Brillo, RG and I can actually make our caravan up this time!

Almost got there last year but 2 family deaths during the evacuation cut that short. Got halfway there when the news hit. I don't want any more drama like that this year. That really sucked. I just want to have fun. Seeing Tiff again would be really nice too!!!

 

Yea Alan told me aobut that when I talked to him. I kept trying to get ahold of you guys in the morining but the phones were so screwy.

 

I'm in Ward, Arkansas, can I squeeze into the caravan if there is one. I'm highly considering this trip.

 

I think Razorback over on the Rotary Rendezvous forum may be making the trip down from Arkansas.

 

I wonder if Alwazl8 can pull off a clean sweep in rotary trophys.
With the big win in the spring, and now not having dazy to compete with anymore... its very likely
