The 2nd annual Quad-State Rotary BBQ will be held Saturday, October 21, 2006 at the Spring Creek BBQ Pavilion at Ameriquest Field (formerly the Ballpark in Arlington) in Arlington, TX. BBQ organizers are working hard to make this year’s theme, “Bigger and Better” a reality. Start saving money for gas now because you will not want to miss this! Ask anyone who went to last year’s BBQ and you’ll hear nothing but rave reviews. With Mazda North America as an official sponsor, you KNOW this will be a huge and exciting experience!! If I can keep the GSL-SE running until then, I will probably go. Iwas going to go to 7 Stock, but the costs of all our activites in the fall are starting to get up there. So if I can keep the car running, and don't wreck it on the track, I will be there. Anybody up for riding up with me, or caravaning?

I just got back from a week out of town and will be gone a weekend next month also. I'll be even be at Sevenstock again this year. Taking off another weekend in such a short time may be difficult for me especially considering that if I did, I'd be gone 2 weekends in a row. I'll try to make it but am not sure if it will be possible.

I hope to actually make this one barring any more mass evacuations of Houston. Maybe Brillo, RG and I can actually make our caravan up this time!

With the big win in the spring, and now not having dazy to compete with anymore... its very likely stay tuned to find out. |
