Will dealer keep commision on buyback?

If I opt for the buy back, will the dealership and salesperson still get to keep their profit on the sale? I'd like to know this before I talk to them.

Thanks,
Steven

I was actually wondering a similar question, what would happen to those poor people who paid above MSRP for their car? Would Mazda buy it back at MSRP or at their purchase price?

One would think that Mazda owes the dealers as well as the purchasers, after all, they were hoodwinked into selling (and making pronouncements AND WORSE taking orders/money) based on false knowedge. Some would call that FRAUD or MISREPRESENTATION, but of course MNAO and the dealers would say they disn't know. MNAO might have a hard time proving that, but the dealers wouldn't.

Still, when disaster strikes, people sue EVERYONE connected, so the dealers certainly would right up there.

That is why I would guess the buyback sheet has the wording of "full and complete resolution of any claim he/she may have against MNAO and any of its authorized dealers.".
