Exclamation Stairstep Incentive?

Does anyone know what this is? Apparently, with an S-plan purchase this (and any dealer incentives as well factory cash back) should be taken off the price but I can't find any info on what it is.

Apparently the sales mgr. has never heard of it which I find strange since it was on a form that should have been filled out for the S-plan purchase. I found this form online after the deal so I couldn't ask abort it then; however, I walked in and told them I was doing an S-plan purchase and they took my PIN code number.

The S-Plan price is on the dealer invoice and is equal to dealer invoice. The E-plan is dealer invoice lessThey are required by the program to give you the price up front. Also, please to not allow them to charge you document fees. To get more info on the S Plan go to here:

This link was found searching the forum. Please do a search for more info.

BTW - I would leave that dealer right now if they are pretending they don't know the terms of the S-Plan.

Thanks for the effort but the question is requesting info on what "Stairstep Incentives" ( mentioned as returnable to the customer on the S-Plan worksheet ) are.
