As everyone might be aware, FORD maybe laying off workers in their St. Louis factory. I have a friend who maybe affected by this layoff. My questions is if I decide to sign up for the S-Plan now how long can I hold onto the plan (I don't plan on purchasing till this weather lets up)? Does it have an expiration date? Also, is this plan only effective as long as he works for the company or can I use it even if he no longer works for FORD?

 

It sounds like many people are getting their cars at invoice without the S plan. You may talk with your dealer. Otherwise I have no idea how long a pin# is good for.

 

Ford site indicated my PIN was good for a year.

he has to still be working with ford. you have to contact him to get the s-plan code. so you walk into your dealership with the code and they can set it all up for you. NO THERE IS NO EXPIRATION DATE!
