I found a local dealer that still has a brand new '05 with the sport and appearance packages. They are asking $24k for her which i feel is way over priced. What do you guys think a good offer would be for her?

 

Depends on where you live. The best I could get for a new '05 with Sprt was $23500 out the door.

Well consider this. I paid around 30k out the door for my loaded '05 GT M/T back in October of '04.

Absolutely! And with all the different choices we had,and considering all the ones I tested......TT,G35,Z etc...I have never once questioned my final choice.

 

Ya, sorry I left out the details. She is a black M/T no nav. The dealer is on Long Island, NY. Was in there looking to lease a '06 black Shinka. Now I can't amke up my mind on what to get.

 

Hell no that's a terrible deal. I bought my 05 Winning Blue 6mt sport package, appearance package, rotary accents brand new for 20.5+TTL or 22 flat out the door at the end of April. You should really be pushing to get close to 21-21.5 out the door now with all the 06's in stock.

Yeah seems a bit high,,We paid $21,000 + TTL for our At Sport Package at the end of May. 0-down.
One year prior we paid $24,000 for a base model

 

Too much for an 05. Dealer in SF Bay Area was offering $300 invoice on all 06 RX-8s.

 

Just do your homework, there are always deals to be had. I spent about a week calling around and collecting data before I did the deal on the phone. Just signed the paperwork when the salesman picked me up at the airport.

 

It's cuz you live in Texas. Deals also depend on location.
