Has it been confirmed that Mazda will inform buyers that they received their acceptance letter before October 1st.

I sent mine in about 3 weeks ago and I have no way to confirm if they received it.

Are we supposed to call them to make sure?

 

I haven't even rec'd my letter from Mazda yet.

 

Mazda contacted me the day it received the letter. I would call and follow up.

 

Call 1800-662-6779 and ask if they have gotten your letter. If YOU havent received one yet call them and ask them to fax it in. They have to receive it back by october first. I would suggest sending it with delivery confirmation or some such.

I'm gonna call tomorrow

 

I called today, and they had received it on the 16th. She said it would take 5 weeks to get the debit card.

 

I called and they recieved letter and told me 3 to 4 weeks for 500 card
I guess you have to call to get info

 

I got my second call today alone an email that show the total amount of refund.
