lease early termination

If I decide to terminate a lease earlier than my contract and purchase the car immediately, is there any early termination charge or penalty to lease company?
And do they take any inspection(and then some charge) about wear?

I started lease 3month ago, but I want to buy this car now with early termination.

Mazda should quote you a buy price based on your car's depreciation over the last 3 months. Usually, if you buy (and it's Mazda Financing), there's no penalty. Of course, Mazda like the idea of you buying the car. If it's an independent lease company, that may be another story.

lease buy out

Every day you have the option to buy that car! If you are financing through mazda american credit or any other bank, call them and they will give you a payoff amount! There is no early term fee or inspection or anything! Enjoy! :D

I would actually recommend you to buy the car out at the end of the lease. The only difference between a lease and owning it is the control you have over the insurance, unless you plan to lower your insurance coverage, keeping it as a lease is fine, because at the end of the lease, a lot of times, the financing company will negotiate with you or give you some kind of incentives to buyout instead of returning the lease,

also plus instead of paying a lump sum now, use that money and invest it wisely in CDs, goverment bonds, etc to grow it, and then pay the lump sum at the end of the lease, those are some alternative options
