Hey guys, newbie here...

Currently in negotiations for a 04 8,

Standing pretty tough on Titan Gray, G Tour Pack, Blk/Chap interior, 6 pack in dash.

LD does not seem to be able to locate any in FLA... most have way more options that I don't want.

LD has offered to swap all the interior panels & seats that are currently blk fabric in a Tour Pack to the Blk/Chap look. No word on price yet, as he is playing that you have to come in and we'll talk about it drill...

The way I see it, I'm giving up the heated / pwr seats but I'll gain everything else...

Has anyone had any experience with this? I just wonder what I'm getting in to having a dealer take the inside of a brand new car and replacing with components from another vehicle....

Thinking of driving over there tonight to see what the dealio...

I have the heated seats, here in So California, and I wouldn't miss them............I would think you are in relatively the same sistuation?

Also, maybe it's just me, but while shifting, I tend to accidentally trip the seat heating switch for the drivers seat - which is not so pleasant when it's 90+ outside!

Yeah, heated seats are not a real biggie, but I currently have them in my Acura and do use them on occassion.

I was just concerned with taking a brand new car and tearing it apart, y'know sometimes things once touched are never the same as when new from the factory... like trannys... DAMHIK!

In any event, I've decided to just chill awhile. I've got about 4 months on my Ack and then its history. Went and drove a Z a week or so ago, it's nice, but not all that, very Nissan-ish. So I'm hopeful '05's will be out and my color choice will be more readily available.
