Just picked up a black '04 with the Sport package and 6-disc changer for $22,250 +TTL. Had 70 miles on it, some barely noticeable scrapes at the bottom of the front bumper. Sticker was ~29, ad price was $22,590, and of course the Mazda dealer did the obligatory "Oh you don't qualify for this and that" so I had to walk out on him to get my way. Anyway, good deal? Did I fight hard enough?

And yes, I already miss having a sunroof but screw it that's what bikes are for.
