A dealer is offering with Mazda's $4000 incentive a 30 month lease with $1850 down 12,000 miles per year $295 per month, or with no down everything else the same, $350 per month. for a 2004 RX-8 with sports package.

 

That's a good lease option with or without the down. If the first month/all fees are included in the down payment, I'd take that. If it's not included you'll save yourself the extra $200 by going 30 @ $350 and hold on to the money longer. How much is the selling price of the car?

 

Is the lease incentive now $4000? Last I heard, it was $3500.
