How does this lease sound?

Hi, can any of you lease experts tell me if this is an ok deal? I read up on the various aspects of leases, but at the dealership it still seemed a little confusing to me. The numbers seemed decent to me, but i'm sure it wasn't a good deal. I just want to know if I got totally ripped off.

2004 rx-8 grand touring, nav, 6 cd, spare tire, splash

24 month lease, 12k miles per year

MSRP 34,265 (including the 520 destination) Edmunds says invoice is $31,197
Agreed upon value 28,231.86
+Acquisition fee 475 = 28706.86 Gross Cap Cost
-Cap Cost Reduc 775.68 = 27931.18 adj cap cost

Residual value 22614.9

I paid them a $500 check upfront, which includes first month, etc.

My monthly payments work out to 385 before tax, 417.6 after tax

There is a 395 disposition fee at the end of the lease.

Now the Cap cost seems very high to me. Searching on this board, I found ppl getting way lower cap cost reductions. But in the end I just looked out how much I have to pay out of pocket, and the monthly payments, and it seemed reasonable to me. I did want to pay a premium for a shorter lease term, but did i get ripped off?
