Hey guys, this is my first post on rx8club. I've been in the market for an 8 for the past 6 months, and haven't really gotten anywhere. I've finally found a seller who knows what they're talking about, I think I may have found my car.

All I'm looking for here is a knowledgable enthusiast's opinion. The last thing I want is a lemon. I'm planning on getting a pre purchase inspection, as well as another compression test.

Engine Core still under warranty

He had a compression test done last July. It is attached, should I be concerned about the number in "[No.1]"?

IIRC, the test was done over a year ago.

 

Do another compression test if it was done a year ago. You don't know the compression numbers today, it could be lower, who knows.
