Now, for those who want some follow up to that , nope he didnt call me back anymore. (probably got fired, I only went back once for oil change. and thats it)

but here is the problem.

I came to this site everyday, kiss my 8 everyday. but hmm I forgot about the Gerber $500 deal ... Yes Im a moron.

So I decided to make a call to Mazda.

Tom was the CSR :

Tom : "What can I do for you today?"

I told him my $500 never came. what sup with that? After all the verification,

Tom : "Can I put you on hold for a min? I need to call headquarters and see whats going on"

ok ...

Tom : "Appareantly theres was a signature missing on your SALES CONTRACT thats why the dealership cannot process this rebate."

My reply was simple : "If I didnt sign everything, you think they will let me drove the 8 off the lot?" (if I didnt I think they probably sue me, but didnt happen, and I double checked everything, yes I signed everything)

After a little bit more of talking, I said I still have all the originals and stuff. So Tom asked me to fax the Original contract in to him so he can send it out for processing. Heres the Questions :

1. Is it ok for me to fax it over? Is there a chance they will "fuxk" around ?(I mean the dealership.

2. That also means that those freaking bastards at the dealer "purposely" hold some of my crap so I cant get "what I supposed to get like 1/2 year ago"

3. Who he actually called? Headquarters for real? or The dealership ?
