Maybe you can give a few more details about the car and about yourself.
Also you should be concerned about 'flood victims' from down south. Get a history on the car.

 

oh sorry, i live in canada, and its an 2005 model, velocity red. this is going to be my first car and i'm realllyyy excited about it. honestly i'm pretty new as to how to upkeep an rotary engine but am prety excited to learn how to.

I'm fairly certain that Canadian cars have VIN numbers. Any canucks want to confirm this?

You just need the VIN number.

 

The dealer probably has the car history already but get your own if you have the least doubt. FYI, sometimes people on this forum offer CarFax reports for free! This forum has a search so that you can find out pretty much anything that you would want to know about the '8. There is a Do It Yourself section (DIY) to give you guidance on just about anything. Read the little things thread if you can! There are a few posts about 'what every new RX8 owner should know'.
The price is okay but you should know more about it before you buy.
