Good deal?
Just got faxed the paperwork on my lease. Here is the way it breaks down:
S-Plan 2005 RX-8 w/spoiler - 24242
MSRP - 26290
Trade In - 2500
Rebates - 1500
Residual - 48%
Money Factor - .0024
Fees
Acquistion Fee - 795
Cap Reduction Tax - 143.61
Origination Fee - 275
Title Fees - 19
MVWRF - 3
DP - 98.41
Total Fees = 1334.02
Monthy Payment = 287.64 + tax = 304.90
I'm paying all of the fees and first months payment outside of the lease
Due at Signing = 1334.02 + 304.90 = 1638.92
Sound like a good deal?
