MD Good Deal on 2010?

So im going to be trading in my 2004 Rx8 for a new one. we have USAA, and they have a nifty car buying service.
For 2010 Rx8 Grand touring with nav
MSRP-34,860.
Invoice price- 32,545
USAA price is $27,875. its 4,700 below invoice price.

The dealerships supposedly "honor" the USAA price. we are florida residents so we wont be paying the fees n taxs for tag transfers, ect.

So what do you think?

sounds like a good deal!
But, like some answers in your initial thread, if you think it'll be worth going back into debt instead of paying of your current car, then I'd say go for it
I upgraded my 8, so I do know where you're coming from. It's a personal preference, so if it suits your lifestyle, then all the best

Yeah the debt is no big deal as it would be paid off pretty quickly.
We will be paying off our current 07 SUV first, so we will only have one car payment

In November 2010, I paid 26k for a 2010 model. Prices of all cars are way down. RX-8 more than most. I would start with an offer of 25k and move up from there.

Edited to be clear. The car I bought was a new GT model, it had 39 miles on the odo.

27,300 . that is your top price. Top
27,800 is far too much.
I bought a 2010 GT without nav , 4 miles on it , in August for
25,900. Im assuming 1400 add for the 2000 list Nav

You are in control here. Its winter. The model is way down in sales. 2011s are on the lot.
Stay focused and firm. Keep your emotions in check and be willing to walk
if you dont get the deal.

I just brought home my 2010 Sport for $21,800, which was 3700 under invoice. I think Mazda has a $3,500 factory-to-dealer incentive going.
