It's not a bad asking price retail if it's in very good shape.
You should be able to talk them down a bit.
Trade in for a car like that is around 12k in great shape.

Im sorry, if I post it in the wrong place, I will move it. I am thinking to getting a RX-8, but I am not sure should I get a 09 or the used one. First, I want to get a Grand Touring RX-8. I had a 89 RX-7, It didnt have any problem except the water leaking from the sun roof, and I replace the whole AC with 60k miles. Here is the used RX-7 in my market.

There is couple 2007 for 19K-21K. I could get a S2000 in that price range as well.
Here is my question, Is early 2004-2005 RX-8 should be avoid? How the 2009 car handle compare to 04-08 RX-8? Is new 2009 RX-8 doesn't have 8 yr 100k miles engine warranty?
Thanks everyone.
