Yea!!

Finally.

I am going shopping this weekend for an 8 hoping the one I want to look at is still there come saturday.

this is what I going to look at

06 AT, Phantom Blue Mica with just under 20,000 miles on it. Very excited! Hopefully it is still there and I can get the price with my trade where I want it. Car fax seems very good and Mazda says it is 100% up to date.

The first RX-8 I was going to get didn't last two dayz before someone else bought it.

But no problem as I found my current car about two dayz later.

 

this one has been listed for at least 2 weeks so I am hoping it doesn't disappear in 2 days.

This one really fits what I am looking for but I have all summer really to find one.

I am actually going down (err up) after work today. Very retarted of me because I'll have to fight beltway and 270 traffic but.... oh well.

Not automatic bashing here... but are you sure you want an auto? If its for flexibility for wife/girlfriend or other family member that doesn't drive stick, I think that's okay. But I think you'd have more fun with an 8 that is an 6 speed, even if you don't know how to drive stick, yet.

If possible, take the auto for a test drive, and if you haven't learned stick yet, find another dealer with an MT and ask them to take you for a ride. There is a difference! But there are also many many happy AT 8 owners out there because it suits their needs+expectations of the car better then a MT.

All I'm saying is make an informed decision.

 

Hope you get the car you want. If it's not there, don't sweat it. More cars will come up.
