Gerber email delay

Anyone else have a delay on their Gerber email? I filled out the form online 4 days ago and haven't received it yet. I'm having my car shipped to me from an out of state dealer. I think I'm going to have to mail the dealer the Gerber form a few days from now. Will I be out of luck if I dont get the rebate email from Mazda by then? Anything I can do to speed it up, or can the dealer turn one in for me? Should I reapply? 500 bucks is, well, 500 bucks that I want.

I had not heard about my application and had received nothing in the mail (7 weeks since I applied on-line). Mazda Customer service was able to find my claim number and could tell that the rebate had not been issued. I call my dealer, they faxed me a mazda cash back rebate form to sign, I faxed it back, and I am told that the rebate will now be processed a check sent to my residence. My dealer used their Mazda DealerLink incentive system, under dealer reports, and was able to run a report that indicated my Gerber program incentive was in the system, but was flagged as unredeemed. If that doesn't work, call Mazda customer service at 1-800-222-5500 and ask for their assistance.
