Esurance is weird?

umm okay I found out that rx-8 is cheaper insurance compare to rsx type-s.

And I just found out that 2001 honda prelude insurance was higher than 04 rx-8, 03 350z, and 04 g35c.

Does this make any sense? I got the this result through Esurance.com

Full coverage: For 6-months

When I got these results I DID NOT PUT MY SS and DRIVER LICENSE.
[ Which lowers these insurance prices below depending on how many accidents i had and etc. ]

But my point is that Honda Prelude's insurance was higher than those cars...does this make sense at all? am i just trippin' out?...

04 RX-8 - 1,860.00

03 350z - 1,904.00

04 g35c - 2,017.00

01 prelude - 2,129.00

05 rsx type-s - 2,423.00

4 doors + small engine (compared to a traditional piston) = low insurance

The prelude and the rsx-s are cars that young rice boys like. Young rice boys also like to crash cars. Young rice boys also like to steal cars. Hence, the more expensive insurance.

Also, don't forget things such as active safety features, crash and rollover ratings, factory alarm systems, etc.

I traded in a Protege5, and my insurance dropped. I have StateFarm, and I took the guy out, showed him my new "sports car", that had a lower rate than my old somewhat sporty looking "econo-wagon". Hehehe, god bless half doors and engines that people don't understand.
