E-Loan

Anyone have any experiences with E-Loan they care to comment on? Ease of use, quality of service, et.

Are there best rates even within reach for someone with good credit, or does it have to be perfect?

Thanks

I got a quote from them that was 1.75% points higher than I got with a local bank (BB&T). They have good service but rates are too high.

Loans

Try Leanding Tree.Com for car loans. New car loans for 60 months as low as 3.75 . I used that service last year for a loan on a used Eclipse Spyder for my daughter for a 4.75 % rate. Several banks compete for your loan and its fast. I had my money in two days.

Had to use bank though for wifes new RX8 , got a home eq. loans for tax purposes.

I used E-loan for my 8 financing. I had no problems, the finance company they set me up with sent me a blank check, with instructions. I plan on using them again for my wifes' Tribute!

I imagine the two are completley seperate operations, but I just used E-Loan to refinance my house.

The loan counselor they hooked me up with was a complete idiot and made the whole process take a lot longer than it needed to. She would never call me back or respond to my e-mails... I had to keep calling her and calling her or go directly to her supervisor.

Other than that the process worked pretty well, and I'm happy with the rate I got.

I used E-loan to buy my 8 last Thursday. Took me 10 minutes to apply on line, got a blank check 3 days later, used it without a hitch at the dealer. A decent rate, could have gotten .25% lower on a three year loan, but E-loan was easy and very user friendly. Would recommend.

I used eloan to get a quoted rate of 3.89% then made the dealer beat it to sell me the car that day. End of the month makes dealers work. I got a loaded 8 for $102 over invoice and they got me a loan at 2.85%.
