Have they already been posted on your record (E.G. did not request a court date/ paid the fine and you positively know they are on your record)?

If so, you are S.O.L. on trying to have them removed, but if you are worried about insurrance premiums, you might take one of those DOT driver safety courses (the brainwashing propaganda classes they make DUI and other serious offenders take)
and those help lower your premiums in some states and some insurance companies. Check with your company, and check with other companies as well, you'll be amazed what consessions they are willing to make when they know another company is threatening to take your buisness from them.

If the tickets and accident are valid why should they be removed?

if its over and done and a judge issues you points and fines then there's nothing you can do. but white is right about driving courses, plus if you're in high school or college most insurance companies reward for a 3.0 or higher GPA.

The speeding ticket thats fine I know I was speeding and take full responsibility for it. But the accident was completly not m fault I was hit completing my turn by a van with a family who was speeding. Yet I was burned as making a unsafe lane change. im getting screwed over with every insurance company just because of that 1 accident. Il look into those driver training courses which I already took before I got my g2. I live in Canada so the rules might be a little different from the states.
