a base MT 04 would be a difficult find. Might make a good newspaper ad for a dealership perhaps

I know, but what's amazing is you can get $650 off invoice with NO negotiating. Imagine what you can get right now if you negotiate.

It's $700 below invoice right now in L.A. at CarsDirect. I got my 8 through them. It all depends on what you want to do and how much time you want to spend haggling or going from dealer-to-dealer, but using CarsDirect is about as simple a process as you can ask for. Highly recommended, and if you're not into haggling or wasting an entire weekend looking around and suffering dealer B.S., the price difference between CarsDirect and a dealer starts to seem smaller. Good luck whatever you do.

You should be able to get a much better price. I got a $5300 advertised discount on my 2004 6sp sport last week with no haggling at all, the discount was in the newspaper ad. Paid $23100 + taxes. Thats $3100 under invoice. I'd suggest you find a dealer and play hardball. Good luck.

Wow, that's awesome. Congratulations! (I assume this is for a NEW car, right?)
